Why Spinning®?
The Spinning program is for everyone, any age, at every level of
fitness. Whether you are a beginner or skilled athlete, both start
at the same place and successfully complete a 40-minute class together.
The Spinning program helps you to experience the mind/body connection
that is the core of this fitness revolution. This exciting athletic
training program utilizes motivation, sports psychology and the
most thoroughly tested cycling techniques available. The Spinning
Program was developed by Johnny G from two decades of experience
as a world-class cyclist, trainer and coach, and reflects the knowledge
gained through ten years of feedback from Spinning program participants
and trainers worldwide. The goal is to provide you with the most
comprehensive indoor cycling program you will find. Schwinn has
integrated every aspect of your body's relationship to a high-performance
racing bicycle into the fully adjustable, stationary bicycle. A
customized fit, sleek racing bike geometry, fixed gear drive and
true cycling componentry that deliver one of the smoothest, most
comprehensive workouts you can get. All you need to do now is step
onto the Spinner, put your hands on the handlebars, sit in
the saddle, and begin your first pedal stroke to start your Spinning
journey.
