Class Locations and Schedules

Important update : All my classes are now at my own studio, Mountain Sport Pilates & Fitness in Summit County, Colorado, in the beautiful mountain town of Frisco. Frisco is about 75 miles west of Denver, surrounded by several destination ski resorts within a few miles. Private training is also available.

If you're near Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Ski Basin, Copper Mountain, or Vail, I hope I see you in a class soon!
